One price all night? Recognize the four price zones

Room prices should rise to the number of rooms already sold. Dynamic Pricing by ARBA split it into four zones.

Many owners used one price for all the rooms in one night. The last room left when the high demand was worth selling is more expensive than the first. Dynamic Pricing by ARBA split the ocuptions that night into four zones.

# # Pick@-@ up Zone

The first room sold a little below the base price to withdraw early reservations and make the property look active in OTA.

# # Safe Zone

Price back to basic. In this zone the property is safe from quiet risk.

# # Ach Zone

When the oil is high, prices rise above the base price to pursue the average target of the room.

# # Profit Zone

Last room was sold for the highest price. The guests who order during the crowded keep buying because the options around are also running out.

The limit of each zone and its increase can be set per property. Start with a reasonable setting, then evaluate every week.
