ARBA pays the owner a fixed rent and manages all property revenue.
Half Managed
Managed together with the owner. Net revenue is shared, with a smaller portion for ARBA.
Sold Out Guaranteed
ARBA guarantees the same base rate per room for weekdays and weekends, and earns the margin above that base rate.
MANTRA Intelligent Center
Project your property's revenue in MIC
MIC combines Revenue Projection and Asset Analytics. Access is granted by ARBA's Business Development team.
